Who am I?

María D. R-Moreno -

I have received an International PhD in Computer Science from University of Alcalá (UAH) with the maximum distinction in 2004. I have received the best PhD thesis award in Computer Sciences in 2005. I was Subdirector of the Computer Sciences School from 2004 to 2006. I spent one year at NASA Ames Research Center as a postdoc in 2006 at the Autonomous Systems & Robotics group. I have been a Research Scientist Visitor at the Automation and Robotics Section at ESTEC/ESA in 2007. Since 2011 I am collaborating with the Robotic Systems Estimation, Decision, and Control Group at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA-JPL) in Pasadena (USA).

I am currently Full Professor since May 2018 at UAH. My research focuses on Automated AI Planning & Scheduling, Intelligent Monitoring and Execution, Robotics and Machine Learning. I am the leader of the Intelligent Systems Group since 2008
